Trashy Blonde

Rating: 3.85

This again is a new beer for me & one I am looking forward to trying, particularly due to the fact the this breweries beers always come highly recommended and they do seem to be making a bit of a name for themselves these days. This one comes recommended & is described as one of Brewdogs ‘normal’ beers so I’m not exactly sure what to expect; although going by the name it’ll no doubt be sleazy.

Appearance (4/5): A pale yellow with a slight haze & decent, average sized white head. Looks pretty good & thick plus the head lasts all the way down.
Aroma (8/10): A kind of passion fruit smell. Fresh & generally rather pleasant.
Taste (7/10): Refreshing with a nice long bitter aftertaste. Hints of citrus & fruit.
Palate (4/5): Slight tingle of the carbonation. Full bodied and smooth, very drinkable.

Overall (15/20): A very nice beer & goes down really well. No one taste is over powering & it is well balanced. One of the nicest new beers I’ve tried in a while.
